So what's a culture to do when faced with such a troublemaker? When someone is too popular, too powerful, too talented, too demanding, too avant garde, too loud, too in your face and too larger than life? What are we to do with such an irritant, especially when he’s right? Silence him.Vilify him.Ridicule him.Make him irrelevant.Mock him.Humiliate him. Nullify him.Crucify him.Lock him up. Hamstring him.But above all—dehumanize him.
These two are a toss of the coin choice for me. ISE has pretty much been the show opener for the bulk of their shows over the years. The song has enough energy in itself to get the crowd going. Also it's not too tough vocally for Axl as the 1st song, he can ease himself into the show. Plus the crowd love to get stuck into shouting "fuckoff" Jungle a little later in the set is the shot in the arm to get the crowd rocking, love how they have added the longer intro from Slash during the NITL shows, it has real menace and Axl strutting around the stage before screaming "You Know Where The Fuck You Are???" the crowd at Download last year went insane jumping around as they launched into the song. WTTJ as the album opener is perfection would not change that at any cost.
Hey, so when your school teachers, when you got a dream or a goal and you really believe in it, it don't have to be a rock n roll band. You could be wanting to be a nuclear physicist I couldn't give a fuck! but when they say you know come on let's be reasonable, tell them to "FUCKOFF"

Nobody Died. Christ Almighty who are you? ICE CUBE? Being gangsta is not about being a drug dealing thug. It's about keeping it real. It's about dealing with the hand you been dealt. it's about loyalty. It's about having the courage to tell folks the truth. To their face. Not gossip behind their backs. And it means if folks don't like you that life will go on. Let me tell you something. Gangstas make the world go round.
As a song only, probably WTTJ. But I actually prefer ISE as an opener! As for the video, I fucking love the WTTJ Live Era video. Then I would say the ISE new/remastered video. Then the regular WTTJ video. Then the ISE Live Era video, and finally the ISE orignal "unreleased" video.
